Tuscany In Limo is a must if you seek comfortable, safe, efficient travels while in Italy. Matteo is the owner and one of the drivers of the company and his services are unmatched. Prices are fair, vehicles are clean, spacious and safe. Matteo's insights and knowledge make for an enjoyable ride. My wife and I spent 5-6 hours with him between two separate road trips and enjoyed them both. He is quick to respond via email or text should you have any travel changes or special requests. We hired this company ahead of our tour of Tuscany and Cinque Terre. Matteo was our driver and he was excellent. Always prompt in the morning to pick us up or at the prearranged meeting places where we would get out to visit cities, vineyards or attractions. He was very helpful in giving us tips of places to visit and would explain the local areas we passed and cultural aspects it that. He knew the hidden gems to avoid going to all tourist spots. He also set up a couple of venues like a lunch at a vineyard, brought us to an out of the way city(Pietrasanta) to see a non tourist town. A list of other areas we toured with him include Cinque Terre, Lucca (where he showed us the underground area), Florence for the day and found an out of town restaurant we wanted to go to, Forte de Marme, Volterra, and San Gimignano(where did another winery and wine pairing). Most of all he was respectful and honest. We left our stuff in the car ( which was a nice Mercedes van was very comfortable) with no worries. We felt his prices were fair and reasonable. I would recommend Matteo and his company without reservation.

I was traveling alone to Tuscany and had previously been numerous times as I used to own a villa there. Matteo was nothing but spectacular! When I arrived, I was concerned that I would not find him in the airport at Bologna. Not only was he easy to find and very courteous, he made the entire trip back to the villa outside of Pisa very informative and enjoyable! As I was very familiar with the major sites of Toscana, being part Italian, I was intrigued by his vast knowledge of the economy and history and his ability to keep me completely intrigued, given the fact that I was rather jet lagged. His Mercedes van was immaculate and I was never in fear of running out of charge for my phone given that he was always ready with his charger. In addition, he tolerated my music and would often say it reminded him of similar musicians..which was all true! He was nothing short of a joy to spend time with. Music, history, and an appreciation for excellent food is the essence of Italia. Matteo completely embodies this. He drove me to the exact type of market I was looking for in Forte de Marmi and in fact made sure I could find the specific truffle store I was interested in. There is absolutely no question in my mind that Matteo’s service was one of the one of the main reasons my mind was at rest for my vacation. I did not need to worry about time as he was always prompt and quite often showed up early. Not only that...knowing that I had back issues he was very helpful in assisting me with my luggage and also very respectful of my private space. He made sure I was checked into the lounge and then insisted that he wait until my luggage was stored as I had a long wait until my flight. I have nothing but the highest compliments of Matteo’s service and his company. I look forward to using him again when I return.

We were a group of 10 staying in a villa at the top of a mountain outside of Lucca in Tuscany. We used TuscanyInLimo and could not be happier with the service we received. Because we were such a large group we used 2 vans. Our drivers, Matteo and Andrea were fabulous. They were personable, always on time and had great knowledge of the area in addition to being very safe and courteous drivers on the road. The Mercedes vans they drove were both clean and comfortable. Prior to our trip, any questions I had were promptly responded to making me feel very confident that all would go well. I had given Matteo a tentative itinerary and he gave me input as to what he felt we would be comfortable with. One particular day, later on in the week, I had planned a very “busy” day. Matteo suggested that we may be packing too much into one day and that we might enjoy it better if we adjusted the itinerary. We did and in hindsight, I know he was absolutely correct! Four people in our party came into the train station from Rome and six of us came into the airport. Our drivers were there waiting for us upon arrival and from that moment on we knew we were in good hands. They looked after us as if we were family. They made sure we knew where to go when they dropped us off in a town and helped us enjoy the best restaurants and wineries. They even arranged to have the one restaurant call them so they could come back and meet us when we were finished while it was raining. We visited Cinque Terre, Siena and Volterra as well as Florence, Lucca and Pisa. The insight that Matteo and Andrea shared with us in regard to our destinations, was invaluable. They would take us to other areas close to where we were going or stop somewhere on the way that helped enhance our day. They even arranged for us to rent bicycles in Lucca so we could ride the walled city. I cannot say enough good things about Matteo and Andrea or the experience we had with TuscanyInLimo. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of drivers while in Tuscany!

Matteo was a great driver and a great guide. We changed the itinerary of our 2-day excursion with him based on his advice, and we had a wonderful experience. Additionally, when he could not drive us from dinner in Florence to the villa we were staying at outside the city, he found us another driver at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Matteo to anyone who is visiting Tuscany.

My family used Tuscany in Limo for transportation from the cruise port in Livorno to meet a bike tour in San Gimignano last week. Working with Matteo in planning this excursion was seamless. He was quick to respond to emails and quickly assured me that he could accommodate our transportation. Not only did he transport us in comfort, he was extremely conscious and concerned to meet all time constraints...weather it was meeting our tour or returning to our ship in sufficient time. In addition to transportation, Matteo coordinated with our bike tour in Tuscany and offered us a wonderful morning of shopping in San Gimignano and lunch in beautiful Sienna. Matteo is very warm and charming and we look forward to someday returning to beautiful Tuscany and working with Matteo.
